We understand that working with an agency is a big investment so we’ve tried to make payments simple. Most projects are broken into 2 – 3 payment instalments. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule. Projects will not be delivered, transferred or launched until final invoice(s) are paid in full.
All projects under $500 are required to be paid upfront. Any project over the amount of $500 will require the signing of a work agreement.
We accept Stripe, PayPal, Credit Card, Interac Email Transfer and Bank Transfer.
A processing fee will be added on all Stripe, PayPal and Credit Card payments.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We specialize in creating comprehensive brand identity systems, and we believe that a logo alone is not enough to build a strong and effective brand. That’s why we do not offer logo design as a standalone service. Instead, we work with our clients to develop a complete brand identity system that includes a logo, color palette, typography, and other visual elements that work together to create a consistent and memorable brand experience. We believe that this comprehensive approach is essential for creating a brand that stands out from the competition and resonates with your target audience.
For our branding projects, you’ll receive a package of your files depending on the project.
We specialize in creating custom web projects on the Shopify and WordPress platforms. We have extensive experience working with both platforms, and we can help you choose the best one for your specific needs.
Our availability can vary depending on the type and scope of the project. Typically, for branding, web, and packaging projects, we are usually booked 1-2 months in advance. For graphic design projects, we can usually start within 1-2 weeks. However, these timeframes are subject to change based on our current workload and project schedules. We recommend contacting us directly to discuss your project needs and get a better sense of our current availability. We’ll be happy to provide you with an estimated timeline and help you plan accordingly.
The number of revisions can vary depending on the type of project. For branding projects, we provide two initial concepts with two rounds of revisions included. For web and e-commerce design projects, we provide one initial concept with two rounds of revisions included. For graphic design projects, we provide one initial concept with two rounds of revisions included.
